  • The prices are per person and day using a double room inclusive a rich breakfast buffet.
  • The prices shown apply to a minimum stay of three nights (four days)
  • The price includes the GuestPass (Your advantage card in Merano and environs).
  • WLAN is free of charge for our guests.
  • We prefer cash. When paying by card, we charge a fee of 1 % (except Bancomat-cards).

Evening dinner

On request, an evening dinner (one main course) can also be served daily by prior arrangement.

Single room

For a single person using a double room there is an extra charge of 25 bis 30 € a day.

What does the GuestPass offer?

The GuestPass contains various services that are available at no additional cost or at reduced prices, for example

  • Free use of all public transportation throughout South Tyrol.
  • Free rides on public cable cars in South Tyrol, which include i.e. the cable cars to Bozen-Kohlern, Renon/Ritten, San Genesio/Jenesien, Maranza/Meransen, Meltina/Mölten, Colle/Kohlern and Verano/Vöran, private cable cars are not included.
  • You will find more information concerning the GuestPass on the official site of the city of Meran.

Local tax (Tourist tax)

The price does not include the local tax, which was increased to 2,40 € in Dorf Tirol on 1 January 2024. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.

The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Cancellation policy

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumers' Code) is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

  • Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the stipulated day of arrival by written notification.
  • Cancellation later than 30 days before the stipulated day of arrival will incur the following charges: 3 days with the agreed reservation sum
  • Less than 14 days before the day of arrival: 80% of the agreed reservation sum
  • It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance.
